Terms and Conditions – Pak Rummy Platform Rules

By accessing the Pak Rummy website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any feature of our platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Pak Rummy regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Pak Rummy platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register a Pak Rummy account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Pak Rummy strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement has not been met.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information. Providing false details during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on the account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or have an existing Pak Rummy account that has been suspended or terminated.

Registration on Pak Rummy is entirely voluntary. By choosing to register, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements and take personal responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Each person is permitted to hold only one Pak Rummy account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own details, a family member's details, or fabricated information — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Pak Rummy staff will never ask you for your password through any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so the account can be secured.

Account balances are denominated in PKR. Funds in your account are available exclusively for use on the Pak Rummy platform and cannot be transferred to another player's account.

Pak Rummy processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets that may be made available from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method used, but in most cases JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers reflect instantly. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires confirmation that the name on your account matches the name on your payment method.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements completed before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Pak Rummy reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
• VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of their loyalty tier benefits.

Pak Rummy does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

Pak Rummy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free game credits, and event-specific offers tied to occasions such as Pakistan Super League (PSL) season and major T20 international cricket matches.

Every bonus and promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry timeframes. These specific terms will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in the communication through which the offer is delivered. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in PKR and will be visible in your account balance after the qualifying deposit or action is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a PKR 500 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• Bonuses are for personal use by the registered account holder only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any pattern designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; fish games, live casino, and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Pak Rummy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, existing wagering progress will be honoured up to the point of cancellation.

All games available on the Pak Rummy platform — including slots, fish games, live casino tables, and card games — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real-time physical dealing by trained dealers. This ensures that every game outcome is independent, unpredictable, and fair.

Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. If you believe a technical error has affected the outcome of a game in a way that disadvantaged you, contact support with the game name, date, time, and any available reference number. We will investigate reported issues and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of a confirmed technical fault that materially affected a game outcome, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Pak Rummy does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game and is not liable for losses resulting from normal gameplay variance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface before placing a wager. These limits may differ between game types and bet levels. Players are responsible for confirming bet amounts before confirming wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pak Rummy platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known exploits will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms in a way that is not consistent with genuine individual play.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Pak Rummy support to resolve the issue through proper channels. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals to access the platform through your account.

Pak Rummy actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Suspected violations will be investigated and accounts may be suspended during an investigation period. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending outcome of the review.

The Pak Rummy VIP programme rewards active players with loyalty benefits across multiple tiers. As players accumulate qualifying wagers on the platform, they progress through VIP levels that unlock progressively better benefits including cashback on net losses, enhanced withdrawal processing speed, higher deposit limits, exclusive bonus offers, and access to dedicated VIP support.

VIP tier progression is calculated based on real-money wagering activity over rolling qualifying periods. Wagering that uses bonus funds may not count fully toward VIP tier progress — the applicable contribution rate for each game type is specified within the VIP programme details page.

VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred. Pak Rummy reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures, and qualifying criteria at any time. Existing VIP members will be given reasonable notice of material changes that would reduce their existing entitlements.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our support team, though withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to continue using certain features of the platform.

Pak Rummy does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our obligations to players.

All content on the Pak Rummy platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of Pak Rummy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Any use of Pak Rummy's brand name, logo, or platform content in external communications, social media, or third-party websites without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Pak Rummy provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Rummy's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pak Rummy is not liable for losses resulting from normal gameplay variance, decisions made by players during gameplay, network connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party payment processing delays outside our control.

You may close your Pak Rummy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Pak Rummy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account where there is evidence of, or reasonable suspicion of, a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation and any applicable reporting obligations.

Following account termination by either party, these Terms and Conditions continue to apply to any matters arising from the period during which the account was active.

Pak Rummy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, services, or applicable standards. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players through in-platform notifications or registered email.

Your continued use of the Pak Rummy platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
