Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your Pakistan mobile number or email address, choose a password, and confirm you are 18 years or older. The process takes under two minutes. Once your account is created you can deposit PKR immediately and start playing. No documents are required at the registration stage — verification is only needed when you make your first significant withdrawal.

One account per person. Pak Rummy does not permit players to hold multiple accounts. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support immediately. Operating multiple accounts can result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds. If you have lost access to your original account, the recovery process via support is straightforward and much safer than creating a new one.

Go to the Login page and use the password recovery option. Enter your registered Pakistan mobile number or email and an OTP will be sent to your device. Enter the OTP, set a new password, and you are back in your account within minutes. Your PKR balance, VIP points, and bonus credits are all untouched during a password reset. If you no longer have access to the registered number, contact live support for assisted verification.

Basic play and deposits are available immediately after registration. Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing larger withdrawals. The process involves uploading a copy of your CNIC or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Pakistan address. The minimum deposit varies slightly depending on the method you choose, but most Pakistan players can start with a small PKR amount that is manageable for a casual session. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have the lowest minimum thresholds. The exact current minimums for each method are displayed on the deposit page before you confirm any transaction.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically instant — your PKR balance updates within a few seconds of the payment being confirmed on the sender's side. Bank transfer deposits can take between a few minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If a deposit has not appeared within two hours of a confirmed payment, contact live support with your transaction reference number.

Pak Rummy does not charge its own deposit fees. Your payment provider — JazzCash, your bank, or your card issuer — may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on your account type and network. Check your provider's fee schedule if you are unsure. The amount that arrives in your Pak Rummy PKR balance will always be clearly shown before you confirm.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the PKR amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit wherever possible. Make sure your account has completed KYC verification before submitting your first cashout request.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within one business day. During peak periods — such as major PSL match days or T20 tournament weekends when withdrawal volumes are higher than normal — there may be a slight additional delay. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing times.

Common reasons include: incomplete KYC verification, active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements still attached to the balance, withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold, or a mismatch between your registered account name and the name on your payment account. Check your bonus terms first — if a bonus is still active and has not been fully wagered through, the main balance withdrawal may be pending until that condition is met.

Pak Rummy does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own fees depending on your account type — for example, JazzCash and Easypaisa both have their own published transfer charge structures. The gross PKR amount requested will leave the Pak Rummy system in full; what arrives in your wallet depends on your provider's terms.
Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings generated from that bonus become withdrawable as real PKR. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets using bonus funds before those winnings can be cashed out. Slot games and fish games typically contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements on Pak Rummy.

After creating your account, make your first deposit and the welcome bonus is automatically applied to your bonus wallet provided the deposit meets the qualifying minimum amount. You do not usually need to enter a promo code unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. The bonus amount and any attached terms will be clearly displayed in your account's bonus section before and after it is credited.

No — bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. You can, however, choose to forfeit an active bonus from within your account settings if you would prefer to withdraw your cash balance without completing the playthrough. Forfeiting a bonus removes it and any associated winnings from your account permanently, so consider it carefully before confirming.

Yes, all bonuses have an expiry period which is stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Check the expiry date in your bonus wallet when you claim a promotion and plan your play sessions accordingly to avoid losing the bonus to expiry.
